BWA Mortgage was established in October of 1984 as a full service mortgage brokerage, in a challenging market where mortgage rates were at 12.75%. Since then our broker, Floyd Walters, has built a business that provides real estate financing the way he feels it should be done: with a high attention to detail and providing consumers an easy to understand explanation of the loan process.
BWA takes pride in the fact that all of its business over the last 25 years has been repeat and referral. We believe this is a testament to the great service we provide to our clients.
In an industry that is known for being confusing, we are constantly working to simplify the loan process and look for solutions to fit our client's needs. We don't want to tell you why you can't get financing-we like to tell you how you can.
