Harvey Waldman, author of a "Complete Text of the Mortgage Loan Business" and its many Supplements, is the founder of Capital Network Funding (CNF). He created and the industry adopted the first set of uniform loan documents which became the basis of Applied Business Software's (ABS) Escrow package. Today about 90% of all California private money loan brokerage firms use the ABS Escrow package as well as their outstanding loan service software.
