How it works
Applying for a mortgage
Apply online, by phone, or in person at a Citibank Financial Center.
* Final approval may require a property appraisal and title search.
* You may be asked for recent pay stubs and W-2 statements.
* A loan consultant will call to schedule your closing.
To apply, you must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. And the property you purchase must be in the U.S.
Making mortgage payments
Manage your mortgage through Citibank Online. It's free and it's easy. Here's all you need to do:
* Link your mortgage to your Citibank ATM/Debit Card.
* Set up a recurring transfer between your checking and mortgage accounts, and payments will be made automatically.
